Membership fees are non-refundable.
Event Fees are 50% refundable if cancelled more than 90 days prior to the event. No refund if cancelled within 30 days of the event. $250 cancellation fee applies.
By completing purchases with us you agree to have your Credit card and personal information securely stored as part of a payment profile within a 3rd party payment gateway. This securely stored payment profile will be used, when authorized, for automated recurring payments and will allow for easier and faster checkouts. No credit card information is stored within Member365 and all payment data is accessed by way of a secure API. Under no circumstances do we share credit card or personal details.

ADP Board of Directors
This Code of Conduct was passed unanimously by the Directors of the Association at its meeting in Orlando, Florida on October 16, 2009.
Ø Treat fellow Board members and ADP staff members with respect.
Ø Act on behalf of the interests of ADP rather than the interests of the company that employs you or any special interest group or constituency.
Ø Avoid even the appearance of a conflict of interest that might embarrass the Board or the organization, and disclose any possible conflicts to the Board in a timely fashion.
Ø Maintain confidentiality of the Board’s deliberations and discussions on subjects that should not be shared with others.
Ø Avoid undermining ADP or Board initiatives by divulging information prematurely with supervisors, colleagues, or other non ADP Board members before, during, or after Board meetings.
Ø Ask pertinent questions; consider multiple viewpoints, support healthy debate, and share “airtime” with other Board members who may have divergent views.
Ø Support the majority decisions on issues decided by the Board after the vote and speak for the Board or organization only when authorized to do so.
